Back Office Executive

We are looking for a competent Back Office Executive to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

● Proven experience in same or related role is an added advantage.

● Good typing speed is required

● Good oral and written communication skills

● Should have knowledge about mailing

● Proficiency in MS Office is must

● Command over Advance Excel is a plus

● Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.

● Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.

● Drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the management.

● Keeping office supplies stocked

● Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund

● Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications

● Monitor Supplies and Handle shortage.
