We are looking for an HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. To us, an HR Executive is the go-to person for all employee-related issues.

● Proven experience in same or related role is required.

● Ability to build a network of relationships with other organizations and
prospective employees
● Excellent interpersonal and verbal skills, good writing skills and good sense of humor
● Able to act as flexible while making key principles
● Must have questioning (counter questioning too) and active listening skills
● Must be computer proficient and have effective presentation skills
● Qualified as MBA in HR is a plus
● Working knowledge of compliance and payroll is an added advantage
● Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
● Manage the recruitment and selection process
● Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
● Nurture a positive working environment
● Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
● Maintain pay plan and benefits program
● Report to management and provide decision support
● Abide the employees on the Company policies and ensure they are followed
● Plan / Measure Employee retention
● Manage Employee Grievances
